Location: Chennai

Key responsibilities
  • Conducting outdoor promotions, road shows, cold calls and generating leads in the assigned territory

Marketing Executive – Digital and Activations

Location: Chennai

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies on digital platforms using SEO, SEM, SMO, SMM and email campaigns and increase relevant traffic to our website
  • Should use various online tools and platforms to accelerate campaign efficacy at reduced costs.
  • Liaise with Content Writers to generate, edit, publish and share engaging content on various channels / platforms regularly

Customer Care Executives

Location: Chennai

Key responsibilities
  • Attend to customer queries over phone and provide information regarding products and services of the company
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns with empathy
  • Use of our standard templates for guidance and reply to the mails received from customers
  • Receive sales enquiries, forward the same to the Sales Managers and update in CRM
  • Process the orders taken by the sales team including customer confirmation
  • Receive and forward service requests/complaints to the Service Manager and update the same in CRM

Executive - Accounts

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain book of accounts with proper entries of receipts and payments on real-time basis
  • Process the duly verified orders and raise DC / Invoices to customers
  • Manage petty cash accounts in a transparent manner
  • Comply with all the applicable statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Labour Payments etc)
  • Remittance of taxes and filing of returns to be done within the stipulated timeframe
  • Clear vendor payments after duly verifying the invoices and obtaining approvals

Executive – HR & Admin

Key responsibilities
  • Identify good and cost-effective vendors for various admin-related procurements and empanel them
  • Negotiate and place orders with vendors for stationery, marketing collaterals and other office supplies
  • Process utility bills, vendor bills and forward to Accounts for payment
  • Support the HR Manager in recruitment-related activities such as participating in HR Events (Eg.Job Fairs), sourcing candidates through various channels, updating database, scheduling interviews, background verification, on-boarding new hires, document collection etc.
  • Prepare and issue ID Cards, Joining, Confirmation, Promotion and Exit Letters to employees
  • Compile, update and maintain personnel records (Online and Offline as well) on real-time basis
  • Assist HR Manager in payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF/ESI/PT/Labour Laws etc)
  • Respond to employee queries / grievances in coordination with the HR Manager and resolve
  • Implement various employee welfare activities approved by the management
  • Taking care of the Attendance Management, Housekeeping, Staff Accommodation, Office and Guest House Maintenance, Food and Transportation arrangements etc

Engineer – Procurement and Inventory Management

Key responsibilities
  • Receive and verify the correctness of BOM List received from the Erection Team
  • Compare, select and empanel appropriate suppliers of technical equipment (WTP/STP) and spares
  • Negotiate purchase agreements, rates and payment terms with approved vendors and place orders
  • Review and strive for continuous improvement of vendor performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery, consistency and responsiveness
  • Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliances in all the procurement transactions
  • Compile, update and maintain personnel records (Online and Offline as well) on real-time basis
  • Plan and manage the project-related procurement activities in accordance with project or end user schedules, specifications and budgets to reduce inventory carrying costs.
  • Participate in Pre-Tender talks, handle project RFQs and participate in bid reviews and evaluations.
  • Submit reports on project procurement and costs incurred on completion of every project
  • Establish and achieve cost reduction targets by pursuing opportunities through alternate sourcing and benchmarking.
  • Perform ‘Value Added Analysis’ to wastages and continuously optimize the supply chain processes
  • Implement best practices for receipt of inward materials, inspection, storing and retrieval of goods, tracking of inward / outward movement, materials returned with periodic audits
  • Provide clear visibility to management on the stock availability, forecasts, budgets and delivery schedules.
Desired Profile
Education :

Engineering Graduates or Diploma Holders in any discipline.

Experience :

3-5 years in engineering, technical procurement and operations in water and sewage treatment industry with knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP)

Languages :

Should be conversant in English and Tamil.

Others :

Ability to analyse bills of material and drawings to understand key requirements
Knowledge about suppliers of critical equipment in WTP/STP industry and hands-on experience in negotiating supply contracts with them
Should be detail-oriented with an ability to identify cost reduction opportunities Knowledge of incoterms and all import processes
Should have the knowledge to generate ‘Specification Comparison Analysis’
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project) and G Suite
Good verbal and written communication skills
