Payment Options

At Korgen, we believe in providing the maximum number of payment choices to our customers and therefore we continuously endeavour to increase the number of payment options made available on our Website.

Presently, you can make online payments using credit cards, debit cards, internet banking, Wallets, and Equated Monthly Installments (EMI) offered by select banks.

All payments are accepted in INR only.

Credit / Debit Cards

We accept Visa, Master, Maestro, Rupay, American Express, Diner’s Club and Discover credit and debit cards issued in India by most of the popular banks. We also accept ITZ cash card.

Notes

While making payments using your credit or debit card, Korgen doesn’t store your card details. This is to enhance the security of your transaction.

For Amex cards, please enter the pin code of the billing address registered with your card. American Express uses this information as an additional security measure to approve the transaction.

Once you fill in your card details, you will be redirected to your bank’s website from the payments page, where you will have to enter the Verified by VISA password for VISA or SecureCode password for MasterCard.

Credit Card EMI

3.1

You can avail the EMI facility and make payment in EASY MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS if you hold a credit card issued by any of the following banks.

CITIBANK, HDFC BANK, ICICI BANK, SBI, AXIS BANK, STANDARD CHARTERED, HSBC, INDUSIND BANK, KOTAK, RBL BANK.

You can also avail EMI facility if you have an ICICI Bank-issued Debit Card.

3.4

On the Payment Selection Page, click on the Easy EMI button, and you will be taken to the secure page of our Payment Service Provider. Details of the lending banks and the EMI tenure plans will be displayed on that page.

3.5

Select your convenient plan and enter your credit card details and now you will be redirected to your Bank's website to complete the process. Minimum purchase value for availing the EMI facility is Rs.2,500.00 for tenures of 3,6,9 and 12 months.

3.6

Korgen does not charge any processing fees or other charges for availing EMI options offered by the aforementioned banks.

4.0

Approval of EMI

4.1

If your EMI transaction is not approved, this may be due to the following reasons

Your bank has the discretion to either approve or reject an EMI offer on the basis of your eligibility for the same, as determined by your bank. Once you choose the EMI option, your bank instantaneously decides whether you are eligible for EMI and communicates either an approval or a rejection to Korgen.

4.3

If rejected, the order will be cancelled on Korgen and you can place a new order by choosing a different payment method. You can also approach your bank to understand why your EMI plan was rejected and how to resolve it.

5.0

EMI Terms and Conditions

5.1

The following terms and conditions apply to any transactions made using EMI as a payment option on www.korgentech.com

    i.
  • Korgen facilitates EMI payment on all purchases worth Rs.2,500.00 and above made on https://www.korgentech.com offered by the banks mentioned herein.
  • ii.
  • EMI purchases need to be made on a single credit card and cannot be split across multiple cards.
  • iii.
  • The EMI facility is only available for select products listed on Korgen. Whether a product is eligible for EMI or not is clearly mentioned in the respective product details pages.
  • iv.
  • Full purchase amount will be charged on your card on the day of transaction and your first EMI will start from the subsequent billing cycle
  • v.
  • EMI options are offered by the respective banks to the buyers directly and Korgen has no role in the approval, tenure, interest rates, pre-closure, closure or any matter incidental thereto pertaining to the EMI offerings, which is decided at the sole discretion of the respective banks.
  • vi.
  • The EMI facility offered by the respective banks is governed by the terms and conditions of each bank / issuer and the buyer needs to approach the bank / issuer in case of any complaints, disputes or enquiry about such transactions.
  • vii.
  • All applicable taxes, in force, will be levied by the respective banks on EMI transactions as mandated by the laws and regulations during the currency of this EMI.
  • viii.
  • Approval or rejection or modification of the EMI facility, at any time, is at the sole discretion of the issuing bank based on their prevalent terms and conditions. In such events, customers must follow up with their banks and Korgen shall not be responsible for decisions taken by the banks in this regard.
  • ix.
  • Korgen reserves the right to stop facilitating this service on https://www.korgentech.com without any prior notice.
  • Korgen may display indicative EMI related information (EMI amount, RoI, Total amount payable) for the customers’ purchase on the website as per the information received from the respective banks. However, Banks / Service Providers are the authoritative source for such information and buyers are advised to directly contact their respective banks / Service providers for any clarifications or confirmation in this regard. For detailed information, we request the buyers to review the terms and conditions of the respective banks offering the EMI facility.
  • Korgen shall not be held liable for any disputes arising out of or in connection with such EMI facility being offered by the respective banks / Service Providers, including but not limited to the authenticity and / or accuracy of any information pertaining to this EMI facility furnished by the banks to Korgen for displaying on its website.

Wallet

6.1

Digital wallet is increasingly becoming a convenient option to do secure online transactions with high adoption levels.

6.2

Presently, we have tied up with Paytm, an RBI-approved digital wallet that enables fast and secure online transactions.

7.0

Offline Payments

7.1

Korgen takes the best possible precautions to ensure that online payments made on the Website are convenient, safe and secure.

7.2

However, You are also at liberty to make payments to us in offline mode such as A/c Payee Cheques or Demand Drafts drawn in favour of M/s.KORGEN Tech Systems, payable locally to Our branch in Your location. You can also effect a direct NEFT transfer to Our Current Account or use the POS devices available with our sales team to make the payment.

7.3

Korgen does not accept Cash on Delivery (CoD) payments and shall not be responsible for any payments made by the Buyer in cash unless You receive a specific approval from Korgen, by mail, for the same.

8.0

Reasons for Transaction Failures

8.1

Payment transactions made on www.korgentech.com may sometimes fail or remain pending due to multiple reasons as detailed here below.

    i.
  • You entered incorrect debit/credit card details like the name on the card, card number, CVV and expiry date. In case of AMEX card, the transaction could fail if the billing address pincode is wrong.
  • ii.
  • The card details provided by you are no longer valid or need to be updated.
  • iii.
  • You have exceeded your credit limit or may not have sufficient funds.
  • iv.
  • The transaction has been classified as suspicious and is hence blocked by your bank.
  • v.
  • Your bank is going through an outage.
  • vi.
  • You accidentally closed/refreshed the page or pressed backspace while the transaction was being processed by your bank.
  • vii.
  • The connection between Korgen and your Bank failed due to some technical reasons and the transaction could not be completed.
  • viii.
  • Your card has been blocked for online transactions.
  • ix.
  • You may be using a card that is not accepted on Korgen.in at the time of your transaction.
  • x.
  • Your internet connection might have been disrupted in the process.
  • xi.
  • If you made the payment using net banking, we may be awaiting the payment confirmation from your bank. This sometimes can take a few days. You can contact your bank for a status update.
  • If your account gets debited after a transaction failure, the said amount will be credited back to your account within 10 working days.

Security is of paramount importance to us and we are therefore fully committed to ensuring security of all information provided through our Website and transactions conducted on our website.

Rest assured that all information pertaining to your card or account is fully encrypted while it travels over the internet and therefore safe and confidential always.

11.0

Handling of financial information

11.1

Korgen never collects or stores your card and account information. Your transaction is authorized at multiple points, first by the Payment Gateway Integrator and subsequently by the issuing banks without any information passing through us. However, we monitor and review transactions on an on-going basis, to identify potentially fraudulent situations and take appropriate corrective steps to mitigate/limit any damage caused or likely to be caused on account of the same.

Do not share your personal information

12.1

PLEASE NOTE that Korgen will never request you to disclose or verify any of your information including payment details over email or phone. Please do not share your credit/debit card or account information with anyone even if he or she claims to be an employee of Korgen. We urge our customers to completely disregard such requests and immediately report the same to us at [email protected].

13.0

Authentication and Session Management

13.1

We require all users to authenticate each time they undertake a booking or financial transaction and have set inactive/idle sessions time out after 15 minutes. Passwords are never stored in the database.

14.0

Other precautions adopted by us

14.1

We use Secured Socket Layer (SSL) to receive and transmit all kind of information including enquiries, demo bookings, purchases and payment transactions.

14.2

Your account information is stored on secure servers and information is encrypted wherever possible. Encryption converts your information into bits of code that are securely transmitted over the internet. This scrambled data cannot be read as the information travels over the internet.

14.3

When you transact on our Website, your credentials will be validated either through one-time- passwords (OTP) or your User Name / Password.
